Welcome to the Herd. By accessing or using Little Cowart (littlecowart.com), you agree to abide by the following terms. We’ve kept this as straightforward as possible—no bull, just the rules of the pasture.

1. A Purpose-Driven Platform

Little Cowart is a contemporary apparel shop dedicated to progressive messages, satire, and the promotion of a fair community for all. We celebrate inclusive, non-violent revolution and gentle strength. By using this site, you acknowledge that our content is satirical and political in nature.

2. Intellectual Property & The Little Cow

All designs, copy, and the "Little Cowart" logo are the property of Little Cowart. We encourage you to spread the word (word-of-mouth is our lifeblood!), but the unauthorized commercial reproduction of our artwork or "The Little Cow" logo is strictly prohibited.

3. Operational Partners & Data Storage

To bring our vision to life, Little Cowart partners with established third-party providers. By using our site and making a purchase, you acknowledge the following:

  • Commerce & Fulfillment: Our store is hosted on Squarespace and orders are fulfilled through Printify. Data related to your transactions, including payment information and shipping addresses, is processed and stored within their respective systems.

  • Email Infrastructure: Our communication is powered by Google Workspace.

  • Limitation of Responsibility: While we select partners who align with our standards, Little Cowart is not responsible for the security, uptime, or data management practices of Squarespace, Printify, or Google Workspace. Your use of these features is subject to their individual Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

4. Privacy & The Digital Fence

Our commitment to your privacy is a cornerstone of our brand:

  • Direct Communication Only: We exclusively communicate via email.

  • No Data Harvesting: Outside of the necessary transactional data stored by our partners (Squarespace/Printify), Little Cowart does not aggregate your personal data.

  • Zero Sales: We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • No Marketing Spam: We only use your email to reply directly to your specific inquiries or regarding your specific order.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As we are based in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. Although our internal policy is to never sell data, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is being collected.

  • Request the deletion of their personal information.

  • Opt-out of any potential sale of personal information (which we do not do).

6. Made-to-Order & Replacement Policy

Every item on our site is produced specifically for you when you order it through our fulfillment partners.

  • No Cash Refunds: Due to our custom-production model, we do not offer cash refunds or traditional returns for "change of heart" or sizing errors.

  • Replacement Guarantee: We provide free replacements for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported within 5 days of delivery with proper photo proof submitted via our official form. (see our return page for details)

7. User Conduct

We believe in radical tolerance. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone using our platform or communication channels to promote violence, hate speech, or harassment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Little Cowart provides apparel and satirical content "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, our website, or the third-party systems (Squarespace, Printify, Google) we utilize.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
