The No-Bull Return Policy
At Little Cowart, every item is made specifically for you. Because we aren't a massive corporate warehouse—and because we intentionally keep our operation small and sustainable—we do not offer cash refunds or traditional returns. Instead, we focus on making things right through our Free Replacement Policy. If we missed the mark, we’ll send a fresh item to your pasture, no questions asked.
If the Herd Made a Mistake
If we deliver the wrong item, a damaged garment, or a defective print, we offer a free replacement, provided the issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.
How the Process Works:
Report the Issue: Use the form on this page to let us know what happened.
Provide Proof: To help us verify the error with our production partners, you must submit a clear, high-resolution photo (if it helps you can also add a video in addition to the photo).
For Defects/Wrong Items: A photo of the defect or the incorrect item received.
For Sizing Errors: A photo of the garment with a measuring tape visible to prove the discrepancy, or a photo showing both the design and the size tag.
Group Shots: If multiple items are affected, please try to capture them all in one frame to speed up the process.
Resolution: Once verified, Little Cowart will ship out a free replacement.
No Return Necessary: To keep things simple and reduce our footprint, you generally do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
The Fine Print (The Digital Fence)
Because our items are made-to-order, Little Cowart does not cover issues caused by customer error. This includes:
Selecting the wrong size or color.
Providing an incorrect shipping address.
A simple "change of heart" after the item has been produced.
We highly recommend checking our order twice, especially sizing, before you join the stampede!
