When you interact with Little Cowart, we collect the minimum amount of information necessary to serve you:

  • Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, shipping address, and email to fulfill the order and send updates.

  • Communication: When you email us at moo@littlecowart.com or use our contact form, we collect your email address and the contents of your message to respond to you.

  • Device Data: Like most websites, our host (Squarespace) may collect basic technical data (like IP addresses, browser types, and functional site analytics) to ensure the site runs smoothly.

2. Our Fulfillment & Tech Partners

Little Cowart is a small, intentional operation. To function, we use trusted third-party services that handle your data according to their own privacy standards:

  • Squarespace: Our website and checkout are hosted here. They process your payment and store your order history.

  • Printify: This is our fulfillment partner. Once you place an order, your shipping details are sent to them so they can print and ship your item directly to you.

  • Google Workspace: We use Google’s secure servers to manage our email communications.

Note: Little Cowart does not see or store your full credit card information; that is handled securely by the payment processors integrated into Squarespace.

3. How We Use (And Don’t Use) Your Data

  • No Aggregation: We do not aggregate your data outside of these secure partner systems.

  • No Marketing Lists: We do not automatically add you to marketing funnels. We only email you to reply to your inquiries or to update you on an order.

  • Zero Sales: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We don't believe in turning our community into a product.

4. Social Media & Tracking

Little Cowart is intentionally absent from social media platforms. We do not use "pixels," tracking cookies for retargeting, or any tools designed to follow you across the web for the benefit of big-tech corporations.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Because we are based inCalifornia, we honor all California consumer privacy rights. You have the right to request access to the data we have, request its deletion, or ask us to clarify how it is used. To exercise these rights, simply email the herd at moo@littlecowart.com.

6. Data Retention

We only keep your information as long as necessary to fulfill your order or comply with legal and tax obligations (such as keeping sales records).
